The Bellaire Area Historical Society was organized in 1973. The museum opened in 1976.
Open June through September, Monday through Friday 11am-3pm.
Collections include Bellaire newspapers from 1895-1933 and old tools used for lumbering, farming, carpentry, ice cutting, and early automotive work.
